Another great story by Hallee Bridgeman!

Greater than Rubies spans the distance between Sapphire Ice and Emerald Fire by Hallee Bridgeman. Sapphire Ice left us wanting to know what happens with Tony and Robin, the two main characters. It left me wondering what their wedding would be like. Would it go smoothly? Would it be big, small, out of control??? Greater than Rubies gives you all of that and more! Hallee begins by reintroducing her characters so you could read this book alone or with the other books in this series. She also gives us more insight on each character as the story goes along.
I personally love the Christian aspect of Hallee's books. It's not overwhelming, yet you know that it's a huge part of her books and why the story was even written! There are not enough books out there these days with Christian morals, and I would rather read a story like Hallee's over any trashy romance story.
Hallee has surpassed any expectaions I have had for her as a new author and I hope, no, pray, that she has many many more stories to write and publish! I will read each and every one with great enthusiasim!

What an 'Extra' to go with the Jewel Trilogy!

I was so delighted to learn Mrs. Bridgeman had written an 'extra' story to go with her phenomenal 'Jewel Trilogy' series. I truly had missed the characters when I read the last one, and was excited to meet up once again with the sisters and their men. 'Greater Than Rubies' doesn't disappoint! The characters are just as realistic and endearing as they were in the original series. This was a quick-read, and I relished my quiet Sunday afternoon to start and finish the novella. Mrs. Bridgeman can weave words to evoke laughter and tears...a gift reserved for only the most talented of authors. Even after reading 'Greater Than Rubies' I find myself thinking of these characters, and truly hoping to read more about them as they progress in their relationships throughout the years.

Strong Characters, excellent book!

This was the 1st book in the series that I read and I LOVED it! It is so well written & I just love all the characters & cant wait to find out what happens after this book. I also want to know what leads up to it so I am now reading the first book in the trilogy "Sapphire Ice" & I cant put it down. Normally I do not read Christian books but there is just the right mix of non-Christian everyday life in Hallee's writing that her books definitely hold my interest. This book is definitely a must read!!! -Dena
