Twenty-one year old Larissa Chakroborty (better known as Jasmine) has been forced into the company of her parents' friends' son, twenty-five year old Tanveer Bhattacharya (aka Veer) ever since she was thirteen and he was seventeen.

Aniesha Brahma is currently working on her MPhil thesis in Comparative Literature. She was a final year MA student in the same field when this book was released. She is also a contributing author of the IndiReads' anthology: Voices, Old & New, with the story The Difference, the one that made her win the Editor's pick in the Romance genre in the Second Short Story Competition. Run on story

There were several times I questioned the purpose and content of what I was reading. Overall it's okay but the story has 9 lives (when it should've had two).
